Bruno Oliveira is a social researcher. He has a bachelor in Sociology from ISCTE-IUL (2011-2014) and a master in Human Resources Development Policies from the same institution. His master thesis focuses on "Labour Market Segmentation between generations (Millennials vs. Xers): a view on Lisbon from 1986 until 2016" and now he is working on a paper based on the thesis findings. He worked as a sociologist/teacher of social policies and social inequalities in the VET system before he started as an assistant researcher at ISCTE-IUL, in the context of the project "UBI - Universal basic Income, the impacts on the activation trajectories and welfare of the citizens" funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. His main interests of research focus on social policies and labour market.
